3 - Initial Concept Design
- Proposal of new process flow concept based on information from points 1&2.
- Process design requirements feedback meetings
- Update budget & generate final project time line, including milestones plan

4 - Machinery Proposal
- Onsite meetings to audit existing processes and facilities
- Ascertain floor space dimensions, floor loading and accessibility capacities

5 - Order Sign Off
- Project budget agreements & refinements
- Contract agreement and signing
- Client PO (Purchase Order) requisition and payment schedule agreement

6 - Issue of Detailed Drawings
- CAD drawings generated
- Onsite measurements finalisation, process flow & CAD drawings finalisation meetings

7 - Installation Phase
- Installation time scales and handover plan
- Installation Execution

8 - Onsite Training Phase
- Staff Training Plan and handover of machinery and equipment to client
- Onsite Support Plan
